Millie’s Cafe is located right next door to Mesa Verde Motel. Espresso, eats and treats, it’s the perfect stop before heading to Mesa Verde National Park or out on your other Four Corners adventures. 

Jake and Shea, the owners and operators have individually been in the hospitality, restaurant, and wedding industry for over 20 years. They immediately connected as a pair and knew Jake would primarily be the “back of the house guy” and Shea would be the “front of the house gal” for their own business someday. They are also longtime friends and old neighbours of Matt & Sally – owners and operators of Mesa Verde Motel. 

Quality espresso drinks with organic whole and alternative milks, signature puff pancakes, fresh made-to-order burritos and sandwiches. Locally baked sweet treats and Gluten free / vegetarian options available. 

Motel guests receive a discount during their stay. 

Millies in Mancos is also home to the Mancos Valley Visitor Center, so adventure planning and Mancos information is readily available while you wait.
